It means a person struggling with fulfilling their potential has a trainer. It means a family navigating the thicket of regulations surrounding benefits to which they are entitled has a guide. It means someone unsure how to match with an employer for a position that fits their unique abilities has a recruiter. It means I can have comfort knowing there are dedicated people in our community out helping those in need of assistance.
