Who Can Apply?
Elevate Academy is open to motivated individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Ages 18-30
- Desire for competitive employment
- Eligible for Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) services
- Ability to work independently
- Support from family or caregivers in achieving employment success
- Commitment to developing a transportation plan
- Willingness to work at least 16 hours per week after graduation
