Ilond Tshipau is Vice President of Operational and Program Services at Bobby Dodd Institute (BDI), where she leads and drives the design and execution of BDI’s programs and services and advances strategic initiatives that strengthen service delivery and organizational impact. With over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector and more than a decade of leadership at BDI, Ilond plays a central role in shaping the organization’s program strategy and continuum of services. Over the past few years, she has helped advance BDI into a comprehensive, holistic cycle of support that responds to the evolving needs of individuals with disabilities while strengthening quality, outcomes, and long-term sustainability. In 2015, she partnered with the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities to develop BDI’s Intensive Family Support Program, which continues to provide critical crisis intervention services to families across Georgia. She holds a Master’s Degree in Public and Behavioral Health from Emory University and has held prior roles with IANPHI, CARE USA, and the International Rescue Committee.
