A Bridge to Opportunity
The Cisco Certified Support Technician (CCST) Cybersecurity certification is your way to mastering entry-level cybersecurity concepts and topics. From security principles to network and endpoint security, vulnerability assessment to risk management, and incident handling, this certification covers it all.
I saw a flyer on Facebook for this IT program at BDI Academy. My son was floundering trying to figure out a career path after high school. He agreed to attend an information meeting which shocked me. We were wowed! This seemed like an answer to prayer for him (and us). He was accepted. I'll say that everyone supporting this cohort wants the students to succeed. Justin helped him learn the IT material and was always a phone call away to help. The soft skills portion set him up for success with a resume, LinkedIn profile, and interview skills. I feel my son can and will have a successful career now. Especially knowing that on his first job he will have a mentor to guide him.

My son was stuck in a series of dead-end food industry jobs that weren’t utilizing his talents. We weren’t sure how to go about getting him into a program where he would thrive and succeed. BDI Bridge Academy changed that. The whole time, he expressed nothing but support for all the teachers and staff. We never thought this would be possible; now he has a future. We are so excited about what lies ahead, and I am forever thankful.
