Larry Gluth

President and Chief Executive Officer
Larry has served as president and CEO of Bobby Dodd Institute since 2016. Larry brings three decades of leadership, having held the role of Senior Vice President, U.S. and Canada, for Habitat for Humanity International over a ten year period before joining BDI.
During his time at Habitat, Larry launched the organization's Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative and invested in a long-term strategy for Habitat ReStores. These actions helped Habitat double the number of families served in the United States. Prior to his tenure at HFHI, Larry spent fifteen years at Starbucks in Seattle. Larry holds a B.S. from the University of Utah.

Stephanie joined BDI in 2003. Over the past decade, she has advanced from human resources generalist to human resources director by honing her skills serving a diverse employee community and developing her knowledge of BDI’s social enterprises and programs. Since beginning her career in human resources in 1993, Stephanie has served companies including Turner Broadcasting, Clayton State University, and Sylvester Farms of Georgia. Stephanie has been a Certified Professional in Human Resources since 2006 and is a 2006/2007 alumna of Leadership Coweta.

He is a strong advocate for people with disabilities, remains active in the autism community and currently sits on the Board of a local non-profit providing employment opportunities for adults with autism and similar developmental disabilities. Ray holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Marketing from Boston College

Ilond Zombil

Ilond has over 15 years of experience working in the non-profit sector, and 10 years working in a leadership capacity with BDI programs and services. Her previous experience includes non-profit leaders such as the International Association of National Public Health Institutes (IANPHI), CARE USA, and the International Rescue Committee (IRC). Ilond holds a master’s degree in Public and Behavioral Health from Emory Rollins School of Public Health. As the leader of the Operational and Program Services team at BDI, Ilond utilizes her expertise in the continuous improvement process and outcomes management, to guide ongoing policy and procedure development, program planning, and new and innovative approaches to monitor and evaluate BDI’s programs, systems, and processes.

Tracey Crawford
Tracey Crawford,

Tracey joined BDI in 1998. She has more than a decade of management experience and over 5 years’ experience in organizational IT management. Tracey has served BDI in a wide range of capacities, including human resources, vocational rehabilitation and training, client training program management, IT management and Industrial Security. Tracey holds an A.A. in Early Childhood Education, a B.S. in Psychology and Human Services, and a certification in Logistics.

David has served BDI as CFO for eighteen years, stewarding and managing significant transitions and growth in programs and revenues from $5 million annually to over $19 million. Prior to joining BDI, David served Families First. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Business (Computer Information Systems) from Ferris State College, located in Michigan along with a Master of Business Administration.

Joe Paolini is the Vice President of Business Services at BDI. In this role, he is responsible for fulfilling BDI’s mission by leading day-to-day operating activities of the Business Services unit, including revenue and sales growth; expense, cost and margin control; and, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial growth management. Joe joined BDI in 2014 after 20+ years in the hospitality industry where he held various positions related to multi-unit leadership, strategic training and operations delivery, and phased new unit openings. Since joining the BDI team, Joe has led our food service program, as well as lead our warehousing and workforce resource teams. Joe’s proven record of driving operational excellence and high quality delivery of business services, along with his passion for serving our people with disabilities community, will help strengthen the mission focus of BDI.
