Larry Gluth

President and Chief Executive Officer

Larry Gluth,
President and Chief Executive Officer

Larry has served as president and CEO of Bobby Dodd Institute since 2016. Larry brings three decades of leadership, having held the role of Senior Vice President, U.S. and Canada, for Habitat for Humanity International over a ten year period before joining BDI.

During his time at Habitat, Larry launched the organization's Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative and invested in a long-term strategy for Habitat ReStores. These actions helped Habitat double the number of families served in the United States. Prior to his tenure at HFHI, Larry spent fifteen years at Starbucks in Seattle. Larry holds a B.S. from the University of Utah.

Stephanie Bolton

Stephanie joined BDI in 2003. Over the past decade, she has advanced from human resources generalist to human resources director by honing her skills serving a diverse employee community and developing her knowledge of BDI’s social enterprises and programs. Since beginning her career in human resources in 1993, Stephanie has served companies including Turner Broadcasting, Clayton State University, and Sylvester Farms of Georgia. Stephanie has been a Certified Professional in Human Resources since 2006 and is a 2006/2007 alumna of Leadership Coweta.

Ray Johnson

Ray Johnson,

Ray joined BDI in August 2017 bringing over 3 decades of leadership in the for-profit and non-profit sectors. Ray previously served as the Executive Director and CEO for the Autism Society of Georgia. Prior to that, he served in several executive leadership roles leading the growth of technology companies that included the launch, expansion and turnaround of start-ups, early stage and mid-size businesses as well as the growth and capture of new markets for established global leaders like AT&T Wireless, AT&T and Newell Rubbermaid.

He is a strong advocate for people with disabilities, remains active in the autism community and currently sits on the Board of a local non-profit providing employment opportunities for adults with autism and similar developmental disabilities. Ray holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Marketing from Boston College

Todd Hermon, CFRE

Todd has worked in the nonprofit development field for more than two decades. He joined BDI in the fall of 2018. Todd is a Certified Fundraising Executive and holds a B.A. from the State University of New York at Oswego. Most recently, he was the VP of Development at TechBridge. Prior to that, he served in national capacities at both the March of Dimes and Muscular Dystrophy Association, driving fundraising programs responsible for over $30M in net revenue and working directly with many of those organizations’ largest national sponsors. Todd’s volunteer efforts include currently serving as the Treasurer for an Atlanta area Habitat for Humanity affiliate.

Dr. April Stallworth

Dr. Stallworth joined the BDI team in 2019 and was formerly the Director of Learning Programs for Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities. She has spent her entire career as a clinician and educator, collecting a broad range of expertise including developmental and intellectual disabilities, trauma, clinical education, leadership, workforce education, program management and private practice. She has held numerous leadership positions, that include Program Manager of Southside Medical Center’s Adult Mental Health Program, board member of Faith in the Family Institute in Ft. Washington, Maryland, Co-Chair of the Emory Autism Services Advisory Committee in Atlanta Georgia & Co-Chair of the Competency Based Training Committee for I/DD Re-Engineering Initiative.

Ilond Zombil

Ilond has over 15 years of experience working in the non-profit sector, and 10 years working in a leadership capacity with BDI programs and services. Her previous experience includes non-profit leaders such as the International Association of National Public Health Institutes (IANPHI), CARE USA, and the International Rescue Committee (IRC). Ilond holds a master’s degree in Public and Behavioral Health from Emory Rollins School of Public Health. As the leader for the BDI Operational Excellence team, Ilond utilizes her expertise in the continuous improvement process and outcomes management, to guide ongoing policy and procedure development, program planning, and new and innovative approaches to monitor and evaluate BDI’s programs, systems, and processes.

Veronica Rohrlack

Veronica Rohrlack,
VP, Administrative Services

Veronica came to BDI as a result of the merger with AADD, where she had served that organization since 2015. She has over two decades of experience in the social services field, and holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Veronica has an extensive background in policy and programmatic development, as well as, community engagement. Veronica has experience working with grassroots initiatives, and has been recognized for her work by such organizations as the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits and by Easter Seals of Southern Georgia.

David Turner

David has served BDI as CFO for eighteen years, stewarding and managing significant transitions and growth in programs and revenues from $5 million annually to over $19 million. Prior to joining BDI, David served Families First. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Business (Computer Information Systems) from Ferris State College, located in Michigan along with a Master of Business Administration.

Jerry Sutton

Jerry is a combat-veteran who served with distinction for 23 years in the USAF. He has worked at the executive-level in post-secondary education and Federal Contracting in support of veterans. Jerry is a Leadership and Management recipient of the 1994 Arthur S. Flemming Award (honoring outstanding federal employees and is recognized by the President of the United States, agency heads, and the private sector). He was also selected as a recipient of the 1997 Secretary of Defense Productivity Excellence Award, representing the highest level of recognition an individual can receive for productivity improvement within the Department of Defense. Jerry is a Summa Cum Laude Honor Graduate with four degrees in Education, Business, Aerospace Operations, and Educational/Instructional Technology.

Tracey Crawford

Tracey Crawford,
Director, Organizational Support

Tracey joined BDI in 1998. She has more than a decade of management experience and over 5 years’ experience in organizational IT management. Tracey has served BDI in a wide range of capacities, including human resources, vocational rehabilitation and training, client training program management, IT management and Industrial Security. Tracey holds an A.A. in Early Childhood Education, a B.S. in Psychology and Human Services, and a certification in Logistics.
