For families in crisis, we are able to act swiftly and compassionately to help you re-stabilize.
Our goal is to minimize feelings of stress and uncertainty by providing concrete and specific benefits strategies that are results-oriented. Our processes allow us to fully address the needs of today while planning for tomorrow.
& Kinship Expertise
We are experts in navigating complex bureaucratic programs and processes, such as Medicaid, Social Services and Kinship Care. Because of our internal processes, we can get services to you much faster and with greater convenience.
We’re able to avoid appeals processes that can take up to two years, and instead secure benefits within just one week.
We have developed assessments to support a medical determination of disability and maximize success with initial SSA applications.
Our Benefits Navigators help families through times of transition, like graduation from high school. All of our services are person-centered and take a whole family approach, with life plans and transition plans tailored to the specific goals, needs and interests of the individual.
Once the final plan is completed, we typically meet with clients on a monthly basis to discuss progress and manage the accountability of the plan – safeguarding better long-term outcomes.
Our consultants can assist in the development of a thorough Letter of Intent to serve as the foundation of a comprehensive life plan for an individual with disabilities.
The Letter of Intent provides insight and guidance to those who will support your loved one in the future, because it will clearly articulate your hopes, concerns, wishes and dreams for your loved one.
