G.R.O.W. Program Commences

Getting Ready for Opportunities in Work (G.R.O.W.) is a five-week introduction to employment initiative for students living with a disability aged 14-22. The program takes a hands-on approach through collaboration with local, community partners and employers to expand students’ understanding of the workforce. This is achieved through one-on-one job training, workshops on self-advocacy, tours of local workplaces and more.
