Join speakers from the Georgia Advocacy Office (GAO) and Bobby Dodd Institute (BDI) as we discuss the different roles both organizations play in supporting advocacy in the community on behalf of individuals with disabilities. Particular focus will be placed on GAO’s role with the Protection and Advocacy for Beneficiaries of Social Security (PABSS) program and BDI’s role with the Work Incentives Planning and Assistance (WIPA) program. During the session we will explore additional opportunities for advocacy in our community and brainstorm how participants of both organizations can be positive catalysts for change.
