2nd Annual Resource and Transition Fair

Come learn about resources and opportunities for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our community. The primary focus will be on post-high school, but many vendors provide services for various age groups. Vendors will include: day programs, social activities, therapies, equipment, sports, mental health, funding, Medicaid services, healthcare, caregivers, etc.
